- TTTwistedhippieMay 7, 20262.0I loved shopping here while visiting my sister.. getting stuff fixing this around her house and my RV. But the women at the self checkout last time... swooped in on her when we went shopping last time... pressure her to get a Lowe's credit card and then a business one... she was crazy pushy. Had a huge spiel on using both cards and how much free money 🤑🤑 💰💰 she was going to get!! This female employee insisted my sister stay and do the review on her service before she left... mind you it took over a half hour to get both cards processed. And my sister totally saved $30 on her purchase that day. While my sister rated the employees service and her experience...this employee stood over her shoulder commenting on what number my sister was rating her at.. trying to influence her and what she was feeling about the service. Like . "Oh .. giving all 7s are you?" Literally the whole time ... I'm standing right there in complete shock 🫨 😲 🫨... hearing everything. Not only major pressure sales for credit cards but pressure to influence her own review on her service during this pressure sales. All because she was buying me a mother's Day gift
- JJJeffApr 12, 20262.0Have not been to this location in a while, was approached and accosted by an employee with unsolicited questions regarding my rain gutters condition, if I clean them or not, if I heard the promotion, if I ever thought of replacing them. But allowed no real opportunity to answer. Then the guy walk off abruptly to his next victim mumbling words I couldn’t hear. Unprofessional, rude, needs help. I was there looking for a concrete mixer but left after that guy. No sale.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
