  Technicians were friendly, punctual and clean. However, our complaint of a slamming door on our new Sub-Zero refrigerator , is unresolved. The technicians replaced the hinge (which I am told is not adjustable to how strong it closes the door-only being level) the problem still exists. It’s disappointing to have purchased a “high end” appliance and have such issues that are not repairable

  Excellent service from our Sub-Zero refrigerator repair technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and arrived right on time. He quickly explained everything clearly, and did a great job with educating us. It’s hard to find someone this reliable and experienced these days. Highly recommend!

  The Box Appliance team is extremely knowledgeable and quick to help. Don’t bother calling anyone else to assist with any problems you may have with your appliances. I had a brand new Sub Zero Panel Ready refrigerator installed by a local distributor. There were 2 major issues from day one. The Box Appliance customer service team answered the phone immediately and walked me through how to fix problem #1. They then scheduled an appointment for 2 technicians to come out and fix problem #2. They showed up right on time with the correct replacement part in hand. Their entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and confident. I am more than happy with my experience.

  David and Victor did an excellent job. They arrived on schedule and got right to resolving the issues with our Sub-Zero. We appreciate their expertise and professionalism. We also were impressed with their attention to detail. They explained things as they went and were very careful so as not to damage the surface of our significant investment.   Dealing with Box Appliance was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Every person I spoke with struggled to provide clear or consistent information, and it often felt like no one truly understood the situation. Communication across customer service, management, and installers was extremely poor. I was repeatedly told that specific steps would resolve the issue, yet the problem remained unresolved each time. I spent countless hours trying to coordinate a solution, including multiple appointments with installers who arrived without the correct parts—even though the company was aware of what was needed. On top of that, I also waited for a parts delivery that turned out to be incorrect. Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and follow-through made this an incredibly disappointing and time-consuming experience.
