- KAKevin Arceneaux1 day ago5.0My igniters were not lighting the flames on my Wolf cooktop. It's was easy to set up a service call with Box Appliance the authorized service company for my Wolf and Sub Zero Appliances. The technician, Santiago, arrived on time and repaired by cooktop issues with no problem. He was very professional and explained some Other things regarding our Wolf and Sub Zero appliances. Great job! I would highly recommend Box Appliance.

Jon was fantastic and I would happily give him a 5 star rating. Not only did he address and fix our problem, but he spent a lot of time with me on how best to take care of and use my refrigerator. I would absolutely use them again.

- ESEdw SigallJun 22, 20261.0I've had about 8 service calls with Box and have a good feel for how they do business. The initial contact is very professional and appears accommodating, but quality of their service deteriorates from there. Most recently they took 3 weeks to repair a Subzero freezer. (A previous Wolf Oven repair required 6 visits!) A manager told me that they don't work on Saturdays and then subsequently rescheduled an appointment I had waited over 2 weeks for ON A SATURDAY. They (including management) lie frequently, promising return calls and follow-ups that materialize half the time, at best. So, be prepared for promises not kept. Also, the first visit is "diagnostic" which they charge $250 for and that is NOT applied to the service. Service is billed at $400/hr. This type of service with those fees??
