- JBJean Beckman3 days ago5.0I am so glad I discovered Box Appliance! It may be higher priced, but the technicians are knowledgable, polite, on time, and clean. They know their products thoroughly; not like some repair person you find on the internet. (I had one who was looking up everything on his phone, yet claimed to be an expert on Bosch.) I can't recommend them highly enough. And, they give you a time window, but they tell you when they're coming that day and keep you updated on their location when they're on the way so you know exactly when they'll arrive. Today's technician was just excellent.
