  Charging me $995 for less than an hour of work because of a 4 hour minimum, leaving a gaping hole in my garage, is outrageous. This is especially problematic since the replaced fire sprinkler head cost $77. I called their 24/7 emergency after hours number as soon as I discovered the problem and did not receive a call back… ever. I was without a livable home for three days. A friend did a patch fix until they could come fix the remaining leak three days later. I realize I signed the contract, but that’s simply because I had no other options. I hope that I do not need to use the company again as it’s simply an impossible amount to manage. I am a single mother of two on a teaching salary. Your charge is outrageous and you should be ashamed.

  My review is based on my engagements with Ryan Elias. While I did not end up with their services, I read the negative reviews posted about Ryan and felt compelled to share the responses I've received from him. He was super informative about the questions I had asked about residential sprinklers and when I was doing due diligence about their company and their license, they were super responsive and transparent with the request. I did not go with them as I had a friend who gave me a recommendation to a superintendent that they worked with, had success w their sprinkler head leaks and was local to me that didn't require a 4 hour minimum work. I consider their response to be very professional and super transparent in terms of cost and sending me an estimate before doing work. Thank you Ryan for being informative and transparent.
