  They were very patient did very helpful as I looked all over the store to find exactly the right couch and recliner. They also allowed me to put it on layaway for a few days while I resolved her nature issues at home.

  We loved our experience buying a electric recliner chair a few years ago, never once felt pressured and the staff were so nice to help us find the right now as we were expecting a baby a few months later. The feature in the chair that seriously came in clutch was the lumbar support… we needed a box recently to make a move and they were able to reach their warehouse to have one ready for us. Thank you so much Jose for all your help, their customer service is wonderful and I would buy another chair from them in a heart beat! Quality of the chair is amazing!

  Abe was a very nice and knowledgeable salesman. He patiently showed us around the sales floor demonstrating how each chair worked and if it could meet our needs.

  My mom recently purchased a La-Z-Boy Rowan power recliner from the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Pleasanton, and the customer service was exceptional. Buying a recliner became much more involved than either of us expected, and we visited the store several times. Abe, our sales associate, was patient, knowledgeable, and consistently kind throughout the process. He never made us feel rushed or pressured and genuinely wanted my mom to end up with the recliner that was right for her. After she decided to exchange her original chair for a different model, Jose took the time to carefully explain every step of the paperwork. He patiently answered her questions, helped her write everything down, and made sure she understood the process before we left. A few days after delivery, Abe called to make sure she was happy with her new recliner. Great furniture is important, but outstanding customer service is what we'll remember. Thank you, Abe, Jose, and the Pleasanton La-Z-Boy team for taking such good care of my mom. We're grateful you encouraged her to find the right fit.
