    Mindy & Wayne are amazing! I am so grateful for their knowledge, advice, kindness, and all the laughs they provide! I have always wanted a hot tub. I finally splurged on myself and bought one last year. I had no idea how to take care of it or how challenging it could be. At first, I went to a different Leslie's Pool Supply… All I can say about that location is that it just wasn’t a good fit for me. Then I found this location and it was right down the street from my house. From my very first encounter with Mindy and Wayne, I knew that they would be able to help me learn all that I needed to learn in order to take care of my Hot Tub. They’re always kind and helpful and provide excellent customer service! I’m never really sure where these reviews go… But I would definitely ask that if their supervisors are reading this, they please share it with Mindy and Wayne and let them know that they have a customer who truly appreciates them!

    Are zero stars possible? These guys sold me into a top of the line Polaris VRX pool cleaner. First time the thing cr-pped out on me they got the mfg to cover the repair with the warranty. One year later it died again and they said they couldn’t do anything for me. They said ‘yeah you maybe get 4 years out of these things’. That would have been good to know before I gave them $1500. Stay away from this store, and their pool cleaner reco’s. Lots of better places in the east bay to go to and trust. Just use google AI.

    Mindy at the Pleasant Hill location consistently provides the best customer service imaginable. I have been unable to find a part for my robotic pool cleaner. She was able to locate the part, determine it was unfortunately not available online any longer, the found a creative way to fix it. Thank you Mindy!!

    2 days before 4th of July I was telling Wayne that cleaning the pool with the pole and scrubber on the end of it just doesn't do the trick good enough he and asked me if I'd be willing to get in the pool and do scrubbing and I said yes. He sold me a scrubbing mitt and it works Spectacular. Cleanest my walls and bottom of the pool have been in years. It got up lots of grime and I ran the filter until 4th of July and the water was clear ! Good exercise with my arms and lungs also , but that's what a pool is for. So spectacular recommendation on Wayne's part
