Tried to file a claim and was even more disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of response from the store. Filed claim with the Better Business Bureau and 7 on your side as they are refusing to do anything. Do not recommend this company at all and we were repeat customers who purchased 3 other couches 7 years ago. Will not be returning
- BMBeverly MasinasJun 10, 20261.0I am so disappointed in Lazyboy. Paid $5000 for a 'leather' recliner that started peeling quickly. Ordered a new seat back for it and waited weeks. It was the wrong side even though I sent pics. Reordered another one and have waited weeks again. Received it today and it is broken, there are no electrical connections installed nor are there any metal brackets to slide the new back on. Trying to get anyone at our local Lazyboy to help is an exercise in futility. Never again!

Lazyboy was last just because we knew their prices are higher than the most. We didn’t plan to buy, just look, since we were passing through. We returned and bought from them because of Ashlee’s professionalism and hospitality. The girl was on top of everything and was just very pleasant to work with. If you’re reading this Ashlee, you rock kiddo! Keep up the great work.
