  Hi,my husband has an account with world market and he just opened it like maybe around 1 week ago, and we been trying to buy at this location and we been unsuccessful, and we were at Pasadena California 3655 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91107, 2 days ago we had so much stress from customers service telephone and his name was Ken, very rude and very unprofessional ,he couldn’t help us to purchase even we tried several time with barcode to scan it ,and the amazing cashier her name is Gloria she tried so hard to help us to purchase even she spoke with the customer service on the phone almost waiting 30 minutes to solve anything witch did happen, very sadly Manager at Pasadena her name is Maria she didn’t want to help, she was very unprofessional and unkind person she didn’t respect us as customer, sadly we didn’t end up to buy with credit card my husband purchased ,but we bought it with his own money, very sadly to say we won’t shop world market anymore specially in Pasadena CA the manager was laughing at us because we couldn’t purchase she was talking with other people that they work there too, but I want to thank Gloria, she was Amazing very very helpful to us and very kind, she should be the manager not Maria, at the end me and my husband and my daughter we all got so stressed out from this, and my husband decided never again we gonna shop at world market and we gonna tell our relatives and our friends about this that not to shop at World Market anymore.it will be better if someone can trained the staff including Manager. only Gloria no need too she is professional and kind and helpful person she is.

  Cool and funky place to shop for eclectic and affordable food as well as furniture and tableware. Worth a visit since it is possible, if not probable, you'll find something you never knew you wanted.

  Me gusta pedirle a la gente que me abra la puerta del baño usando el código QR que hay en la puerta. Así puedo charlar con gente amable que no conozco.

  Love the products but dealing with the cashiers is another story. Very rude and off-putting.
