Very friendly and easy to work with, especially, Monica. She presented me with my options for the size of unit that I was looking for to solve a problem with the excess of family items from home sale. Would recommend if looking for a clean and secure storage place for your items.

This is Michael—I’m posting this review after I’ve vacated. I did a ton of research before choosing a storage facility, both online and visiting sites in person; the simple answer is that storbox is the best facility in/near Pasadena. Their security is incredibly good, with passcodes for the gate, elevator, etc. much more secure than anywhere else… around. They log who is in/out at all times. I highly highly recommend checking it out!!! The staff is also super professional!!!

Needed a storage unit and decided to come back and check out storbox. I had them in the past and I appreciate the clean units and hallways. Jay helped me out with my new storage unit she’s awesome. Got us a storage unit right away very nice and helpful.

If you need storage in Pasadena, this is a clean, climate controlled facility. They even store large quantities of wine if your a collector.

Couldn't ask for a smoother or kinder experience working with Lien and the folks at Storbox. Who knew storage could be such a pleasant time?! Very well maintained and secure facilities. They even reached out within hours of me locking my unit incorrectly. Great stuff all around.
