  I am a new super fan of Storbox. The leasing process was quick and painless. The spaces are clean and well-lit. And the staff provides amazing customer service. Friendly and efficient. My items are well protected and safe. Fantastic location and great access. Lynn was very helpful and got me set up and off to a great start.

  This storage facility is amazing. The staff is super nice and has been helpful in the entire process. Monica made this process that can sometimes be hectic a breeze. If you need to store in Pasadena this is the place!

  Friendly, family owned, not expensive. Everyone in the office is so extremely helpful. Professional, very secure and safe units. They made moving so easy! I highly recommend! All staff are so awesome especially Lynn and Monica!

  StorBox is the best place in the area to store your things. They are efficient, friendly, courteous and professional. The free move-in van and options such as study shelving units made them stand out from the rest. We are very happy StorBox customers!

  I had a great experience renting a unit at STORBOX in Pasadena. The entire process was incredibly quick and easy, and I was able to get everything set up without any hassle. Monica, the associate who helped me, was especially friendly and made sure all my questions were answered clearly. The staff overall has been welcoming and professional every time I’ve visited. I was also really impressed by how clean and well-maintained the facility is, which made me feel confident storing my belongings there. It’s clear they take pride in both their customer service and the condition of the property.
