  I've been a customer at StorBox Storage on Foothill in Pasadena before, and when I needed another storage space, I went right back. Jay was great to work with; she took the time to understand what I needed and helped me pick the right unit. The place is very clean, very secure, and the staff is genuinely helpful. If you're looking for storage space in Pasadena, ask for Jay — she made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

  Renting a storage unit was fast and simple. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The facility is super clean, which I love. This our second time renting a unit here. 10/10, definitely recommend!

  Fantastic Service! They Make Your Move Super Easy With The Most Welcoming Customer Service. The Units Are Clean And Brand New Like. I Feel Completely Comfortable And Safe Leaving My Belongings There. Jay Was Absolutely Amazing. She Is Extremely Thorough. Any Questions I Had, She Had The Answers. I Appreciate STORBOX Self Storage Soooooo Much!! I’m At Peace With Their Services.

  It was an easy process to get signed up for my unit, Dawn was very helpful and nice. The facility is clean and temperature controlled, and the prices are very reasonable.
