  I had a great experience at SoCal Self Storage, especially thanks to Jerry! I found out he’s a newer employee, and I honestly wouldn’t have guessed because he was so helpful, friendly, and professional. He took the time to answer my questions, made everything easy, and had such a welcoming attitude. Great customer service makes such a difference, and Jerry definitely deserves the recognition. SoCal Self Storage made a great choice adding him to the team!

  From the moment I walked in, Ivonia and Mike were both incredibly helpful and professional. They were both extremely kind and communicative and worked very hard to find me the best deal for exactly what I needed. I spoke to a few storage facilities in Pasadena that day, and these guys were by far the best and most helpful. Can’t recommend enough!!

  Had two storages prior to SoCal each with there own shortcomings. Broken air conditioning, out of order elevators, shortage of flatbeds and inattentive staff. NONE of that at SoCal! Juan and Mike are always there and available when you need them!

  Great experience with this storage facility,I definitely recommend it, especially for business owners who need a place to receive deliveries and store inventory. Juan always goes above and beyond, helping with my boxes and texting me when packages arrive, which I really appreciate. The facility is clean, easy to access, and has carts to make moving things simple. Super reliable spot overall.
