- TOToxicStates OfAmerica5 days ago1.0I'm confirming the other negative reviews - they're totally accurate. Very, very standoffish employees with zero interpersonal skills, or motivation. The manager was smug. The only thing appealing is the interior of the showroom. Horrible, horrible energy here. I have no idea how it stays in business.
- JWJoy WhiteSep 29, 20261.0Went into the store to inquire about down & down-alternative pillows. I was the only customer in the store. There were 4 employees sitting at various tables. No one got up or even acknowledged my presence. I approached 2 employees sitting near each other with my questions & they were unhelpful to the point of acting like I was an inconvenience. There was zero customer service & next-to-no customer acknowledgment. I honestly thought I was in some sort of hidden camera/bad bosses spoof.
- SASAG ActressSep 4, 20265.0I have been in MANY RH stores and this store is a trendy setter. They sell high end furniture for mansions and large states, not everybody can afford to pay thousands of dollars for a table. With this being said of course their sales team is trained in accordance. In all RH stores I visited so far the staff was always polite and gave me space so I could browse through, they also always treat me with courtesy. RH is more than a furniture store, it is a store for professional designers and people that appreciate quality and ART. Not everyone can afford and not everyone can understand how wonderful RH really are. 🏆
- MMMarie MoreauSep 4, 20231.0The people who work there are rude. The furniture is heavy, masculine and massive.
