- CRCole RuckerFeb 23, 20261.0Deeply disappointed in this company. They sold be a #hunterdouglas shade that has never worked longer than three months in a row. Breaks and breaks. Have to beg them for service calls that only result in very temporary fixes. I own other Hunter Douglas shades that have served me well. Would not use Calico again.

Both ladies offered me water, use of facilities and a comfortable place to wait for the AAA truck. If I'm ever in the need for interior design services, I'll be sure to hit them up.
