I’ve had multiple units at Arroyo Parkway Self Storage since 2012, and they’ve been fantastic all these years. The facility is always clean, secure, and incredibly well maintained. Definitely go for the climate-controlled floors. The air conditioning is absolutely worth it! My most recent sign-up process could not have been easier, and Marisa was amazing. So friendly, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Truly exemplary service. Huge thank you to Rima for her excellence and for running such a great operation. Absolutely recommend!

Exceptionally clean facility. Well-lit & Rima is the best! I forgot my access code, so she wrote it on a small card for me, penned in her beautiful & legible font.

When I searched for a storage location, this location has great reviews. The sign up process was great with Rima. She was very thorough and friendly.
