  I have never had such a frustrating experience with RH. What should have been a simple furniture purchase turned into nearly a year of stress, delays, billing issues, product quality problems, and endless phone calls. My furniture experienced multiple delays, communication was poor, and every step of the process seemed to create a new problem. The dining table I purchased looked nothing like the one shown in the showroom. For the price, it looked cheap and disappointing, so I returned it. The bed frame was an even bigger issue. It broke on the very first day after delivery. RH replaced it, but the replacement broke again within a month. After dealing with two defective bed frames, I returned it and had to purchase a different bed altogether. The most upsetting issue has been the RH Credit Card financing. I enrolled expecting a 12-month financing plan, but my account was set up differently, creating unexpected charges and confusion. At one point, I was charged $1,182 when the amount should have been only $185. Since then, I have spent countless hours calling RH and TD Bank trying to get answers. Representatives have provided conflicting information, transferred me between departments, and in many cases seemed unable to understand or resolve the issue. As of 6/11, I am still dealing with problems related to the RH credit card and financing plan. Despite enrolling under what I understood to be a 12-month financing agreement, I am now being told I must pay the balance within two months. RH recently directed me to contact another bank, only for that bank to tell me my account was not even in their system. No one seems able to explain who is responsible for my account or why the financing terms are not being honored. While some RH customer service representatives have been polite, the process of getting help has been exhausting. Long hold times, repeated transfers, poor communication, and a lack of accountability have made this one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I expected a luxury experience from RH. Instead, I received months of stress, financial headaches, defective furniture, and wasted time. I strongly encourage anyone considering RH furniture, RH membership, or RH financing to carefully review all terms and be prepared for significant challenges if something goes wrong. Becoming an RH member and opening the RH credit card was one of the biggest purchasing mistakes I have made. Based on my experience, I would not recommend either.

  Beautiful showroom and glass rooftop restaurant. Delicious menu I would come back for. We had the buttery pancakes and half chicken. Great for formal or informal meetings.

  It was a warm day. I went with my mother. We enjoyed taking pictures of the furniture and pieces. We appreciated the conversations about material, pricing, and style choices. I perused all three floors and had some coffee on the rooftop. We did not speak much with any employee, just greetings and exits but it was cool to see their interior design office behind glass. The couches were gorgeous. The beds were also lavish. The prices seemed to indicate a month’s work had been put into each item. It was nice to pick up some sourcebooks. I was recommended to visit by the SJ restoration hardware outlet. I spoke to Hana on the phone who was quite cordial. There were some other furniture shops around like Arhaus which was also cool. We saw some ladies enjoying an afternoon together in summery dresses at RH rooftop. The coffee was $6. I wondered how much effort it must take to put in a new collection every year because the items did look quite heavy and am sure they have a great loading unloading team. There were some fun lights. We saw Asian touches, Egyptian touches, some Greek influences, as well as Roman pieces. I would say the hardware in the name would make you think there would be more metal. And the restoration in the name probably refers to the element of drama and history that is clearly present. There seemed to be enough parking and I would say you could get through the place in an hour.

  The delivery time was excessively long, and even after the ETA passed, no one reached out to explain the delay. I had to chase them down myself, only to find that customer service had no idea when the dining chairs would be delivered. The service after you put the order is terrible."
