Lowes is Lowe's. Theyre home depot 2.0 or vice versa since Lowe's has actually been around a few years longer the the depot. Anyways I got way wrong directions on the isle for warning tape. Dude was like, " uhhhhhhhhh" for a minute and then said, "Isle 6. With the paint" i said thanks and headed that way knowing it was gonna be near hardware by the string line and levels but oh well. Oh and yeah he was hellla wrong. What he should have said was "its literally right behind you on that little end piece." So I walked the majority of the entire store length and back. BUT at least he didnt do what I get know 9 oit of 10 times when asking where the "anything" is which is the worker pulling out their phone and looking it up. Cmon man !! I could've done that myself. I wanted a quick rattled off accurate answer, like you know where stuff is because you care about your job. Not so much these days. I guess we're all guilty to some extent of mailing it in some days. But not most days like im seeing. All good. We're doomed anyways when AI wakes up. 🤣😝🙈🙉🙊

I had a really disappointing experience at Lowe’s recently. While shopping, I was approached by a saleswoman while looking for plants. At first, she seemed friendly, but the interaction quickly became uncomfortable. She followed me throughout the store, repeatedly trying to start conversations and push solar products, even after I made it clear I wasn’t interested. What bothered me most was the use of scare tactics and inaccurate information about energy costs and risks of not switching to solar. It felt more like intense pressure than helpful customer service. I go to Lowe’s to shop in peace, not to be pursued around the store or made to feel uneasy. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I guess I'm switching to Home Depot now.

Hoy es 23 de Marzo 2026 por la tarde manager milton tienda de la 47 en palmdale ca que mal servicio como si uno fuera a pedir limosna fui a comprar 2 pallets de concreto los del Montacargas no saven cargar no saven como cargar 2 simples palette de concreto en una traila solo una y la otra no pudieron me icieron perder 3 horas quice cancelar mi harden y me dijeron que no podia por que no pudieron gargar y ahora no la pudieron jalar un poco de la traila para vajar la palette la verdad que mal servicio espero que le llamen la atencion a milton que contrate gente capacitada para travajar y no acer perder tiempo a la gente no buelvo a comprar materiales aqui en esta tienda
