It's come along a bit in recent time, new staff with new (proper customer service approach) , * full disclosure - I've been a customer and "flipped units" for over 20 years with various companies - but throughout I've been a consistent customer with Extra Space over the time. If I said it was always perfect if be lying and just like the car majority of the people who are employed by extra space storage lying isn't required. However if or when something goes sideways it's handled and usually to a point of fairness and satisfaction.
Now that I've given an overview, the site is nicely designed and functionally accessible, indoor and outdoor storage (drive ups) , parking spaces as available.
The new staff is friendly, professional,well experienced and respectful ( no gas lighting with security cameras - you know who you is-and now isn't- smh) responsive and responsible.
There's places to eat, gas, and everything you need very close by.
The 4 stars ?? - being cautious, but I have to say check out for yourself, but leave me a couple units please I still need to move them from other extra space storage sites to here - close to new home.
I'm disabled with mobility issues and I'm comfortable running around here and at the other extra space storage sites, but I'm requesting be a good neighbor and help keep an eye out and communicate with your manager ASAP , that's how these places stay safe for all , clean and reasonably priced.
So I'm going to ask permission of the new staff and update their names ?, as well maybe 5 stars very soon.

I think it's a great place to store your things is very comfortable the people here are very very nice very professional and you know they guarantee your items to being great condition same way you bought them in and then you should be living with them and I will refer people to basically check them out because they're pretty cool

Security is a major concern at this facility. Lots of breaks in. My storage unit was broken into. I would not trust or recommend this facility as a safe place to store your personal belongings.

My storage unit was broken into and thousands of dollars worth of personal belongings were stolen. What makes this even worse is that no one from Extra Space Storage contacted me to inform me of the break-in- I discovered the situation myself.
After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only customer with concerns about security at this location. Customers trust storage facilities to protect their belongings and communicate promptly when incidents occur. In my case, neither happened.
This has been an extremely stressful and costly experience. Between the theft, lack of communication, and serious security concerns, I would strongly caution anyone considering storing their belongings here. I will never rent from this facility again.
