Bertha Verdugo, the store manager, was absolutely wonderful! I told her I needed to move the furniture from my three-bedroom house into a storage unit, and she took the time to understand what I needed and helped me choose the right size storage space.
She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She truly went above and beyond to make things easier for me. I really appreciate her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend her!

Off to a rocky start, the facility is spread a little spread out. I highly recommend your first visit during office hours. Beyond that, the online sign up was easy, the facility felt secure to me and when I had a small billing/rate concern, Bertha stepped right in as if I were the only customer she had. She was pleasant, reassuring and solved my concern immediately. A recent visit to the office, my first, both Bertha and the gentleman in the office were genuine. It didn’t matter to them that I was renting one of the smallest/cheapest storage units. I left feeling like their most important customer. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
