  I originally gave Budget Blinds a 2-star review because of the communication and installation issues I experienced. After posting my review, the manager personally contacted me, apologized, and took the time to address my concerns. I really appreciate a company that is willing to listen to customer feedback and make an effort to correct a situation when something doesn’t go as planned. The product itself has always been good; my frustration was primarily with the service and follow-up. Based on the manager’s response and willingness to make things right, I’m updating my review and giving them another opportunity. Customer service after a problem occurs says a lot about a business, and I appreciate the effort they made to reach out and resolve my concerns.

  We had a very complicated situation and Jose was pleasant and cooperative throughout. He went above and beyond at making sure we were happy with the end product!

  We needed warranty work on our Hunter Douglas honeycomb blinds (defective motor). Jose got the job done quickly and efficiently. The defective blind was part of a bank of 5 and all the sequencing was in place when he finished. Great service!
