- SSShaunAug 12, 20261.0I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy when I walked inside. I just got weird looks and no one didn't say hello when I first walked in. They were all just staring at me. I had to say hello first and what I needed to break the tension. The lady just points and says over there. What kind of customer service are people doing these days. The person that did my key just asked how many I need without even telling me the price first. You're supposed to tell someone how much it cost and then ask how many would you like. Most unfriendly place I have been to in a while and I would never come back here again. They never even said thank you after I paid them. Please work on your personality and customer service skills!

From the moment I called the girl (Katlyn)explained so much information about a keyless pad options I should look for when purchasing, Danny’s service was above and beyond friendly knows his work so well ! He rekeyed 5locks , made duplicates color coded the key rings and talked my boyfriend into putting the keypad on ourselves made us proud of our accomplishments! I wish you could find this service in so many areas homeowners need help! They are the BEST ! My advice call Lock Store !!
