  I am a first-time customer of Pie-Barker and EXTREMELY satisfied. The sales rep was Chris and he was amazing. Chris and his partner were the technicians and they obviously care about the customers and are very knowledgeable. Daniel has been very helpful as well with scheduling a couple of service upgrades - he always replies to my emails and is very organized and professional. Chris the technician should be commended for going the extra mile each time he has visited the house. He cares about the image of Pie-Barker and it is obvious he loves his job and follows through with everything. He knows the Bosch product and has excellent customer service skills. Keep up the great work Pie-Barker and I will be recommending your company to others as a result.

  After getting quotes from several alarm companies , local and national i decided to go with Maximum Security. They installed my alarm system almost a year ago. Their salesman, Bryant came to my home and was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all of the services and options that the company has to offer. I decided to go with them, I’m very happy with my decision . I had an issue with one of the key pads and they were out the same day to fix the issue. So the service after the sale has been great.. I got an alarm system that’s easy to use and the monthly fee is among the lowest of all the companies I got quotes from. I would definitely recommend Maximum Security to anyone looking to install or upgrade their system.

  Steve Kaufer is an extremely wonderful person and business owner, with very high business standards. His staff is fantastic to work with; from sales with Ralph, to the install with Tony and Casey. Also, Brenda in the office is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Maximum Security.

  I bought a New home in 2008 that had a burglar system installed by AMS (previously CES). We had issues with their initial products and finally spent another $9k with them to upgrade their system in 2016. Then in app. 15 months their newly installed system stops working. The problem is the systems they install have issues. They then charge a service fee to fix their faulty system....who does that - $99 an hour to fix their faulty piece of equipment?? The DVR was defective (warranty), they shipped it back for repair, but they charged us the 3+ hours they spent diagnosing and trying to fix the issue - they couldn't fix it but they still charged us....... Folks our house has over $20k of security from AMS / CES and these guys still nickle and dime me even when the issue was their own. Buyer beware!

  One word! Awful! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Zule Munoz is obnoxious and unprofessional. She failed to answer my questions and just got angry at me for asking them. I called and asked to speak to her supervisor and was promised a call back. Never happened...I guess we know where the low customer service standard comes from.
