I was referred to Extra Space storage from my mover and first contacted the Dinah Shore location. Ariana worked with me over several days and was extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. She went out of her way to make the experience as smooth as possible. Her personal touch really made a difference.
I ended up going with her sister location on Joni drive simply because of the fact that it is closer to my new home and I will be accessing the storage on a regular basis.
I highly recommend working with Ariana and her location. An added benefit is that she is the manager and lives on site- so she is available to help even more than a facility that does not have that benefit.
In addition to Ariana, all staff members were extremely helpful, patient, and efficient.
