I was referred to Extra Space storage by my mover and was trying to decide the location of Dinah Shore and Joni Drive. I ended up driving to the Joni dr location and was helped by Kyle. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge, patience, and willingness to show me several units. He was helpful in guiding me through the process smoothly and eliminating any stress.
I appreciate his patience, friendly demeanor and personal approach to helping me find what I needed. The facility itself is nicely maintained and easy to access. It is apparent the company & location hold themselves to high standards- both with their property and customer service. I highly recommend working with Kyle to help you find what you need -especially during a time that can otherwise feel stressful or overwhelming.

I needed a large storage and my criteria included being able to do everything from my phone including booking. It was easy I was able to get in and I didn’t even see a person. I didn’t have to talk to anyone. I didn’t have to wait in line I didn’t have to get out of my truck until I got to the unit. While we were in the unit, Staff had greeted us as they went by. It was just enough interaction and not too much but when I did need Help Kyle was there instantly. We got the situation handled. I ended up getting a second unit and all I can say is I would 100% refer them to my mother to my brother to a friend and know that they are getting taken care of. The site is new and clean. The units are clean. Well done, ExtraSpace this is a great site.
