  I had an amazing experience with B-OK Locksmith, thanks to their incredible customer service. I initially brought in my own car key blanks to be cut and programmed. The first visit was challenging, and due to a waiver I signed, I was responsible for the payment even though the keys unfortunately didn't work. I left the shop disappointed, but shortly after arriving home, I received a call from Joe. He told me they wanted to take care of me and make things right. When I returned to the store, they used a brand-new set of keys from their own inventory, cut and programmed them perfectly, and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes! Their willingness to go above and beyond to fix a problem is exactly why I will continue to return to B-OK Locksmith for all of my key and lock needs. Highly recommended!

  FANTASTIC experience! I didn't have either key for my old 2014 GMC Terrain, and they came in less than an hour and had new keys for me quickly. I called around to other places, and this was the most professional, and affordable. Very clean and modern work-van, great friendly service. Thank you!

  B-OK is definitely the place to go If you need additional keys, replacement keys or electronic keys to your car. Quick service, very responsive and with new locations in Yucca Valley and Desert Hot Springs. Just can't beat the service and the price

  JOE was extremely helpful and professional. The other locksmiths I called quoted me a price, and then upped the fee a lot once they got there. However, Joe charged me what he quoted on the phone. He was also very proficient and professional, and he came out after hours. I will never waste my time calling a different locksmith again! Thank you, JOE!

  Don't use these people they will rip you off. My car fob stopped working they came out the girl on the phone explained the costs and it was fine with me to pay for the call. As I did not feel well enough to go to their store. The guy was on time he was very nice. He tried the battery apparently it wasn't the problem. So he sells me another fob but that doesn't work either yet they charged me for it. I'm sorry but I have an issue with this. I will never use them again and if you don't want to be ripped off go somewhere else.
