- BEBen EvansMar 16, 20265.0The Coachella Valley home we recently purchased had an older ADT security system. Having checked Google reviews of local providers, it became apparent that AHC Alarms and ADT were the way to go. I initially connected with Carlos via email and what I liked immediately is when I asked him a question, he answered it. I call attention to this because answering questions seems to be a lost art these days. The most important question was, would the system work on cellular only as we hadn’t yet had WiFi installed? Fortunately, the answer was yes. We met in person and discussed what it would take to bring the existing system up to current standards. We would need a new panel and motion detector, and several sensor batteries would need to be replaced. Victor came by the next day and set it up in no time at all. Once we have WiFi we anticipate adding cameras to our system, but for now we could not be happier. Many thanks to Carlos and AHC for securing our new home!
