  Very upset by how I was just treated in the store by an employee. I had my 2 service dogs with me (who I have their paperwork on my phone) an employee was harassing me asking me what disabilities I have, why I need to have the service dogs. It was an old lady with white hair, the employee. I am extremely offended. And no one is legally allowed to ask you what types of disabilities someone has. It was very rude and I am extremely offended and will not be returning.

  I picked up an online order recently, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. As I walked in, there was an older employee with short white hair at the front of the store. She didn’t greet or acknowledge me, even though I was standing there waiting. While I was there, I noticed her mouthing comments to another employee about a different customer who had come to pick up an online order. I could not hear what was being said, though it was unprofessional and gave the impression that customers were being judged. This wasn’t my first negative interaction with this employee. During a previous visit, I asked her to repeat herself because I have hearing loss in one ear. Instead of responding with patience or understanding, she repeated herself in a very cold and dismissive manner, which made me feel uncomfortable. After reading other reviews, I noticed that similar concerns about customer service have been raised by multiple people. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of how they look or who they are. I left feeling that some customers may be judged based on their appearance, and no one should feel unwelcome while simply picking up an order. I hope management takes these repeated concerns seriously and addresses the importance of professionalism, courtesy, and treating every customer with dignity and respect.
