  Walked in without an appointment and Brian helped me order a new range. Very happy with the service and range is being installed in less than 2 weeks from ordering.

  WDC kitchen and bath on Ventura blvd in Oxnard has excellent customer service and will do everything they can to help with any issues that come up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for appliances

  Severely disappointed with how they dealt with me through the entire customer experience. I bought a dishwasher through their website, it showed that this particular model was on display in Oxnard. After two days, I still hadn't received an order confirmation email, despite my credit card already being charged. I finally called and was told that it was an open box item (those words did not appear on the listing page), but regardless they apparently couldn't "find it" and were still looking before they confirmed. I was promised that they would locate it and call me back. Over a day later, no word, so I called again. Again, I was told they were still looking for it. The next day I was finally email that, they didn't have it. Instead of offering me the an in box of the model I ordered as the price I ordered, all they did was offer two unrelated and poorly reviewed modeled at a lesser discount than what I'd ordered, one of them was $100 more. I asked to cancel my order. It took two days and two more emails to get a cancellation confirmation email, promising that I'd receive the refund in 3-5 business days. Five business days pass and not refund. I email two more times, then get an email saying it'll be another 7-10 more days because that was their "process." I still haven't received my refund. What an absolute pain to deal with this guys. Not worth the hassle for sure.

  Last week, my old Miele dishwasher finally gave up. I decided to go to WDC in Oxnard, where I met Aric. I explained that I needed a replacement and had the model number ready. When I asked him whether their installers were Miele-trained or certified, he said they were qualified. We also discussed the front panel—I have one from my old dishwasher, and it may fit. The whole transaction took only a few minutes, and it was a pleasant experience.
