  Bridget went above and beyond to help me out with the move into the storage unit. It was waaaay after hours and she showed up to help. Location is great. It’s clean and pricing was the best I found. Bridget was the cherry on top.

  Unethical Business Practice - I signed contract for good price that required ACH bank checking account authority - then few months later discovered Trunk Space is withdrawing (2X) double the rent amount. I called to see if was a mistake, they said 'we can legally raise 200% without your consent'. I asked for a refund of the difference and to end the contract ASAP. They said no way. I found their approach deceptive and their customer service was unwilling to resolve the issue reasonably or fairly.

  Very cool front desk lady I believe her name was Bridget. Super helpful and fast. Good attitude and willing to help everyone in a timely matter!! Hard to come bye good customer service and greet with a smile!! Thank you Bridget and trunk space storage in oxnard. Would totally recommend it's nice, cool and clean!!
