  When our daughter got sick with cancer we had to move suddenly for treatment. The storage place was clean and nearby, so we rented at $190/Mo, 2.5 years ago. Since then it was sold and now the rent has increased 2 times. They are a good storage place and the facilities are very good. I just mention the increase so you’ll read your contract. ALL the storage places do it. Brigette, the manager is amazing! She’s kind and helpful, even on the weekends. She helped me work out some changes and was considerate of my needs.

  Unethical Business Practice - I signed contract for good price that required ACH bank checking account authority - then few months later discovered Trunk Space is withdrawing (2X) double the rent amount. I called to see if was a mistake, they said 'we can legally raise 200% without your consent'. I asked for a refund of the difference and to end the contract ASAP. They said no way. I found their approach deceptive and their customer service was unwilling to resolve the issue reasonably or fairly.
