  Got a rental from Lowes. They had to ring me 3 times. The first time the rental did not have any gas in it so they refunded me and charged me again. Then the second time, they did something wrong, so they refunded again… then they finally got it right the 3rd try. When i came back to return the Rental, Brianna & Johnny were at the customer service desk, Briana was stuck doing a return and was taking more than usual due to complications, I was next in line Johnny called me over and i asked to return the rental , he said he couldnt because “he didnt know how to” and said to wait for brianna but i said can you at least try?, i didnt want to wait any longer and as i stated she was stuck helping another customer, he said “she will be faster than me” and i said alrighty, i would think Johnny being a manager he was capable of doing a rental return, but i guess not , so then briana acknowledged me and noticed i just wanted to do a simple car rental return and asked if had Johnny help me already and i said “no he said he didnt know how” and she gave him this look like “are you serious?” And that told me everything, that Johnny knew how to do it, he just didnt want to. And Briana was able to help me in between the customer she was helping and get me out of there quick. But THANK YOU TO BRIANA 10/10 customer service. Johnny 0. Needs more training.

  Worst customer service at Lowe’s. I went to purchase a couple of plants and when I asked the cashier NIKKI she just looked so annoyed and bothered. I was the only person in the garden section from what I was aware and she just said that she couldn’t move from the cash register bcs she was only there to charge people and to tell another employee about the matter. I went to go look for a different person to help and when I couldn’t I go to leave when I see her helping a whit lady with flowers AWAY from the cash register. I have never experienced such blatant behavior at such a store. Lowe’s used to be my go to for gardening especially bcs the employees were so nice but I guess that has since changed

  I’ve always gone to Lowe’s gardening section ALWAYS. they have had a good staff but recently a lady named NIKKI has been attending me during the afternoons. she’s a very RUDE and ALWAYS looks annoyed. Today I went in and purchased around 5 different plants, some dirt and fertilizer. I said I wanted to do two different transactions and she just looked at me and rolled her eyes. After doing the transaction I asked if they have any pink guavas and she said “guavas? What is that” in an annoyed tone after I had explained that’s it’s a fruit tree and that I noticed they had yellow guavas and if she can look if they have any pink guavas she said “NO I CANT DO THAT” I said that’s fine and after two different cashiers or employees came by they had noticed her rude attitude and I was already on my way out she yells “DO YOU STILL WANT ME TO SEARCH UT UP ?” I had said oh I thought you had said you couldn’t do that’s she called me a liar and said that she never said that which at this point I had just left. VERY RUDE this is my second experience with her and my first experience was when I had gone for a purchase and she was very kind to this white lady ahead of me and when it came to me she was very awful and annoyed. Even called my sisters bad mannered for trying to grab a drink from the fridge. JUST AWFUL behavior

  ★☆☆☆☆ – Ordering Windows from Lowe’s Was a Huge Mistake Ordering windows from Lowe’s has been one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I was given three different delivery dates. They missed the first two, then pushed the delivery back another week, and now they’ve delayed it yet again. The excuses never end. First they blamed the manufacturer. Then they blamed the shipping company. Here’s the problem with that—I didn’t buy my windows directly from the manufacturer, and I didn’t buy them from the shipping company. I bought them from Lowe’s. Lowe’s took my money, Lowe’s accepted my order, and Lowe’s is responsible for making sure I receive what I paid for. Instead of taking ownership, they keep pointing fingers at everyone else. Their tracking system is practically worthless because it doesn’t clearly tell you when your order will actually arrive. Every time I call, nobody seems to know anything. I get different answers from different employees, and no one can give me a straight answer or a reliable delivery date. I have a deadline for my project, and because of Lowe’s repeated delays and poor communication, my entire schedule has been thrown off. This experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. If you’re considering ordering custom windows from Lowe’s, think twice. You’re taking a gamble with your time, your project, and your money. A company this size should stand behind its orders instead of blaming everyone else. I will never order windows from Lowe’s again.
