  I'm really glad I chose to shop at LazyBoy. I was surprised to find out that you can customize your own piece of furniture since it is all made to order. That allowed me to get exactly what I wanted, in a size that was hard to find, and a color that I loved. Mike the sales representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He really knows furniture and helped me find the best fit for me. There is no pressure and everything is made in the USA 🇺🇸! I'll definitely head back to Lazyboy when I need furniture, it was a great experience!

  Checked out 3 different competitors and La-Z-Boy in Oxnard was the best overall. The quality, variety and options they offered were amazing compared to the others. Nathan M was so helpful with his suggestions and options. I didn’t feel the typical salesman pressure that I received from the other stores. Also, the quality of the chairs was way above and beyond the other stores. Thank you Nathan for your guidance.

  The ordering and delivery processes were straightforward and easy and the couch is unbelievably comfortable! Very friendly employees and great deals if you can find them. The only reason I’m not giving five stars was because I was told that my old couch would’ve been taken away after the new one was delivered, but the delivery guys refused to and left before I could ask why so it was a bit of headache to get that sorted out.

  I was told that Lazyboy could deliver my chair so I ordered it. AFTER I ordered, I was then told that they could not deliver it although I would still be charged for delivery. I had to drive 2 hours each way to pick it up. They were very rude at the store when I arrived and not only would they not help me load it, but they put the chair by the door and walked away. I would NEVER order from them again!

  Lazy Boy products are not built well and are not cheap. I purchased a recliner that has had the base and springs break within the first six months. Then it broke again and they advised me since im two months out of warranty I would have to pay for shipping and installation of the part. I also ordered a couch from them and the electronics were broken upon receiving the could. There products are substandard and I strongly urge people not to purchase there products.
