  We went to their office earlier to pick up the U-Haul truck we reserved for 3:30 PM on 4/30. When we arrived, there was no attendant inside the office. Since no one was there, we knocked twice. We waited outside for 15 minutes, and when the attendant finally opened the door, he started yelling at us and asking why we were knocking. I told him that we had a 3:30 PM reservation and that we were on a very tight schedule that day. However, he continued yelling at us and kept asking what we wanted to do. I explained that we needed assistance with our reservation, which is why we chose office pick-up. I also told him that if he knew he had a 3:30 PM reservation, why would he be in the bathroom for 15 minutes during the scheduled pick-up time. He then told us that we arrived late, which is definitely not true. When I asked him to check the camera and show us proof that we were late, he yelled at us again and said he would cancel our reservation. He was even smiling and shaking his head while talking to someone on the phone to cancel our reservation. The attendant is very rude and inconsiderate. This was extremely inconvenient. This is the third time we’ve made a reservation at this location, and this is the first time we have been treated this way.

  This place give us so many problems regarding any type of U-Haul rentals. My pickup time was at 11pm, and when I came to pick up my rental it’s not here and there’s no key in the lock box. They called me earlier today to confirm my rental at 11PM which I did confirm only to find out that my rental isn’t out here but yet they took the money out of my bank account. This isn’t the first time I have issues with this place. Very unprofessional and very unorganized. Do better.

  Regarding U-Haul rentals: Richard, left to his hour long lunch at 12:15, when I had scheduled my pickup at 12:30. After waiting 45 minutes, until 1:15, for him to return from lunch, I was met with his negative and poor attitude immediately. He also denied the availability of the van I ordered, stating that it was just returned and hadn’t been cleaned yet. Very dissatisfied with this location and never going to even attempt to use them again.

  Experience here was very quick, very easy and pricing is very fair! Needed just a small spot and I was so surprised to find exactly what I needed.. thanks Mark!!
