  Very happy with our shutters and woven wood blinds. Czach was delightful to work with and helped us make the selection that should last us decades to come. Rosa helped make sure we knew when items would be ready for installation. It took a little longer than expected but worth the wait! Sean and Ken installed everything expertly and quickly and made sure to walk us through how to use our blinds, maintain them, as well as how to get help if ever needed. Overall solid product and great customer service. Thank you all!

  Budget blinds has been amazing. Our house burned down and our blinds were still under warranty. They replaced them, no questions asked, and we stored them for 2 years while we rebuilt. The openings were a bit smaller because of framing during construction, but not a problem. Robert came out with his equipment, shortened them a mere 1/2 inch on each end for only a $200 charge and installed them. They look beautiful and really complete the look of our new home. Not to mention...Rosa took amazing care of us in our awkward situation and never made us feel rushed while offering top notch customer service. She actually became somewhat personally involved in the process and supported us through the excruciating 2 years it took us to rebuild. Hands down best company from the front desk to the install. We could not be happier.

  I had a wonderful experience with the curtain installer, Juan, from Budget Blinds today. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable from start to finish. He took the time to explain details about the curtains I purchased, including warranty information and care, and was extreme careful and precise with the installation itself. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who combines technical skill with such kind demeanour. The curtains are beautiful, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Thank you Juan !!

  I contacted Budget Blinds a few years back for motorized window and skylight coverings. From sales to installation they were professional and economical. A fee years after I began having a small issue with our remote control and one of our skylight covers. Robert responded the same day of my request and came to our home the following day. Each issue was dealt with and I was happy to hear the work was still covered under the warranty. I highly recommend making Budget Blinds one of your options for window coverings.

  We had Budget Blinds install roller shades in our conference room and traditional slatted blinds in our bridal suite and are so happy with the product and process. I had a fabulous experience from start to finish with Budget Blinds. Shawna, the sales rep, was wonderful. She was responsive, knowledgeable, clear in communication, low-pressure... Just a joy to work with. The ordering was easy and she helped me find an option within our budget that satisfied the aesthetic we were going for. Installation was a breeze. Sean and Ken were punctual, friendly, kept a clean work-space, and finished almost an hour faster than projected. We love our new blinds and we're so pleased with the entire experience.
