I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Alicia and Dominique. They were both extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They understood my circumstances and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to be treated with such kindness, patience, and respect.

Warning: If your unit is broken into, staff is not obligated to do anything. Including calling the police or attempting to close the opening. Meaning if your out of town, strangers have complete and total access to your belongings. ExtraSpace can take their time to repair meaning, days or weeks that your valuables are exposed to the public. In our case all our valuables were dragged out into the open and strangers were permitted to just pick through everything we owned. All the while staff just sat at their desks doing nothing. Do not use any storage service unless they have adequate security and response to burglary. And some form of mitigation practices. I'd post the photos but I know they'll just delete this anyway...
