Like Laura, I recently checked on my unit to find it tossed with extensive damage to family momentos and theft of items of value. Some one clearly had a LOT OF TIME to do this. There was no forced entry at the door or over the top. After changing the lcoks throughout to deal with a different rash of thefts, it appears some one on staff may have been using the master key. I know they are still trying to get this under control - but if you can't keep stuff safe please close the facility. Now grinding through the claims process - another disappointment after all the $$ I've sent these folks in the last couple of months.
