- no bathroom, not even a Porto potty
- bad hours
- there was a fire here recently and homeless people live in the units
- office is often closed during its posted hours
- lots of pest issues (rodent poop and live silverfish) and facility would not call me back about it despite going in repeatedly

I have a a couple of issues, not having moved one item in, yet.
1, being the fact that I clicked on this establishment for the ADVERTISED "1ST MONTH FREE"... but lowe and behold, it turns out to be Click-bait... You are forced to take the 3-month guarantee when paying, which in turn, negates the free month guarantee (as explained to me by the Very RUDE Associate checking me in). Super "take it or leave it attitude" and tried to tell me to check in tomorrow....
I feel cheated already, and do n it recommend coming here.
I'M DEFINITELY GONE AFTER 3 MONTHS 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

DO NOT STORE HERE! The manager, Dani is one of the rudest, most apathetic people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. In a mere 3 months, my unit has been broken into twice and now set afire. THEY'VE PROVIDED ZERO INFORMATION AND ARE BARRING ACCESS TO MY UNIT!!!! Ridiculous. Then Dani, clearly a person with a lot of pride in their profession, HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I INFORMED HER THAT THEY'RE IN BREACH OF CONTACT RESTRICTING ACCESS TO MY UNIT WITHOUT PROVIDING LEGAL CAUSE. DO NOT STORE HERE. YOU'LL END UP MIRED IN HOURS OF RESEARCH ON HOW TO SUE A COMPANY FOR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
