  Just wrapped up the installation of new blinds throughout our Novato home. We HIGHLY recommend Ward and Bay Blinds. Ward is truly a professional. He is on-time, he is professional, he is precise and he shares his opinion on how a certain shade will look in a certain location, if asked. We went to a different retailer first and were frustrated at the lack of help and design input we were getting. We had a good sense for what we wanted, but we were still looking for input and are very pleased we found Ward and Bay Blinds. It’s clear he has been in this field for many years. He gave helpful input and he quickly and efficiently problem solved around a few difficult installation areas in our home. You can just tell when you are working with someone that knows what they are doing; that’s the case with Ward. In addition, the installation with Jorge was great. As with Ward, Jorge was on-time, efficient and thorough. Jorge came back a few days later to answer some questions and to make an adjustment to the height of one of our shades; all done with a smile and professionalism. I am already back in touch with Bay Blinds to get shades for my office!

  We searched for shades online and several places in Marin County before finding Bay Blinds. The reviews were great and we were not disappointed. From the consultation with Ward and his recommendations, the contacts with the office staff, and the expert installation with Gregory, it was professional and warm at the same time. That’s hard to find. Every day when we look at our shades (all of them in both our home and the one bedroom unit downstairs!) we are thankful for Bay Blinds. Thank you! You rock!

  We are very happy with the service Bay Blinds provided and love the finished job. Everyone we dealt with was professional and informative; considering our ideas of what the end product should look like. We would highly recommend Bay Blinds and Hunter Douglas installers to anyone interested in purchasing shutter doors.
