- BBB2 days ago5.0Pulled up to extra space with the app ahead of time, gate opened with a tap of a button! No need to get out of the car, works wonders for someone who’s only 5 feet and always too short to tap the machines for codes for parking, parked to the right side and went to the door to the office, Elena answered the door from the other side of the lot and met us super fast! She had had helped us locate our unit on the wayyyy other side of the lot and explained everything to us dutifully and was so personable! She has a wonderful personality and was doing so much with our short time here today to unsure the lot was clean packages picked up and even let us know we can ship packages here! A fact I did not know at all. Elena is a detailed oriented person and extremely professional and full of personality! A wonderful attendant and a positive spirit in this world! I’m so happy to know she’s here working!

So I contacted extra space storage which is near my house over the phone. Stephanie helped me set up and get exactly what I needed. It was done in 10 minutes. She was very kind and very helpful. I got there. Got stuff unloaded after a couple trips. Everything was so seamless and so easy and I was incredibly impressed at the efficiency and how kind everybody was. Thank you to all of you from customer service to the people in the office, you've been very helpful and very professional and making this a very easy transition.
