  The service was decent, and the staff was helpful in getting me the right truck for my move. However, I had to wait longer than expected to pick it up, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it met my needs but could use some improvements in efficiency.

  I recently rented a small storage in Northridge location and I am impressed about the cleanliness, well-lit and security. I was very confident leaving my belongings here. The process to move in and out was easy smooth.Mark and Alex has the best customer service, they went over and beyond helping me with my unit. Highly recommend this place for storing your precious things. You will never regret!
