  Sometimes this process and be very cumbersome. Sarah was amazing and made the whole process actually enjoyable. The rates at Golden State are competitive and the location is right next to the 405.

  The manger I had was a true douchbag during the Pandemic they still charged a late which was against the state rules

  I have been at this place about 3 years. Last month I called to make my payment and wanted to pay with a particular credit card, which I would be getting in the mail. The guy I spoke to advised me that I had until June 7th to pay without a late fee. I called on June 6th to make the payment and the same guy told me a late fee had been added to the payment. I reminded him that he had told me I had until the 7th to pay without a late fee me. He told me he was sorry he had made that mistake, but there was nothing he could do about it. I asked him the phone number for the corporate headquarters and he told me he didn't know it. I have called what I believe the number is to the headquarters, and they never answer, and they have not called me back to deal with my issue. I will try calling again and will report, will a review, how that works out.
