They went way beyond what you’d normally expect, took the time to make sure everything was easy, clear, and stress-free, and treated me like a person, not just a transaction. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. If you’re looking for a storage place where the staff actually cares and shows it, this is it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason and Jeff at Mini U Storage to anyone.

They both spent so much time showing me unit options and answering ALL of my questions. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. Their fee structure is transparent and very straightforward.
