I rate them with 1 star because I cannot give them 0. I didn’t even be able to get my check in done. I went to the office for the first time at 4pm: it was close because they were in “lunch time” (okay, I understand, it’s fine), there was a note saying they will be back at 4:30. I come back at 4:45 and I meet a woman locking the door and leaving the office closed again. She told me she had to leave because she had “things to do” and she couldn’t take care of me at that moment and that I should come back later. Again? Should I come back 3 times in a day just to get the access of the storage that I have already paid? Ridiculous. And as if that weren't enough, when I asked if I could speak with a manager, she told me she was the manager. Seriously? I'd think twice about having someone like that as a manager in my business.

Came 3 times to pick up the keys in one day. Finally, we found a woman who told us she has to leave and she has a lot of things to do that’s why she cannot give us the keys. She told us to came back for 4th time. Customer service 0 out of 10. I told to speak with the manager. She told me she is the manager. I’m shocked

We’ve been using Mini U Storage since 2013, and Jason has consistently gone above and beyond for us. He is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always professional. Most recently, he helped us transition into a storage unit that was a much better fit for our needs—making the entire process smooth and stress-free. One of the things we appreciate most is that Jason always answers his phone and is genuinely kind every time we speak with him. It’s rare to find such reliable and personable customer service these days. Jason is truly a standout, and Mini U Storage is lucky to have him!

Erin was so helpful as moving is extremely exhausting. She asked just a few questions and was able to offer a couple suggestions to help us decide on the unit to rent & they can provide shelving if available which really will help me move items around. This location is great and it’s not too big they always have carts available and excellent customer service with a smile. The place is clean and well lit inside and outside. Erin was so efficient she prepared all paperwork while we unloaded our vehicle being so thoughtful about our time. Would highly recommend anyone who appreciates excellent service.
