- NMNoelia Montiel3 days ago1.0I rate them with 1 star because I cannot give them 0. I didn’t even be able to get my check in done. I went to the office for the first time at 4pm: it was close because they were in “lunch time” (okay, I understand, it’s fine), there was a note saying they will be back at 4:30. I come back at 4:45 and I meet a woman locking the door and leaving the office closed again. She told me she had to leave because she had “things to do” and she couldn’t take care of me at that moment and that I should come back later. Again? Should I come back 3 times in a day just to get the access of the storage that I have already paid? Ridiculous. And as if that weren't enough, when I asked if I could speak with a manager, she told me she was the manager. Seriously? I'd think twice about having someone like that as a manager in my business.

Finally, we found a woman who told us she has to leave and she has a lot of things to do that’s why she cannot give us the keys. She told us to came back for 4th time. Customer service 0 out of 10.
