The receptionist was unwelcoming. She wouldn’t bother to walk me through for the first time in the I went to to the facility having my reservation paid and took care online. She was mean and rude. She refused to walkme through to initial moving process. She was not going to give me the access code yelling at saying use your phone app. I ‘twas trying the mobile phone app that was not working. I didn’t know where my unit was that was my first time in the facility she said go to kiosk find where your unit is located. It was unbelievable horrible and horrific experience. The most mean rude and unprofessional customer service ever I had in any where!!!!

Rachel was very helpful. She showed us the alternative to the original smaller space and it was a much better deal overall. The location was very clean and I know that going forward, she will be extremely helpful with everything that we will need in the future.

I have been with Xtra Space Storage for 17 years now & have been VERY happy with the service & attention I have received there. The place is always clean & kept up well & the personnel are always attentive & they know what’s going on with everthing around the entire complex. Everything is always in working order & security is on the ball. Another comment I have is the management always listens & is fair minded.
