  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING CLARK PEST CONTROL! I would give zero stars if I could. Dealing with Clark has been an absolute nightmare. On 5/19/26 a door-to-door salesperson knocked despite my posted no-soliciting sign. I signed up for In2Care mosquito stations ONLY, which are small buckets that trap mosquitoes. "No spraying" was written into my service agreement notes. I was told a technician would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 AM the next day. On 5/20/26 no one came during that window and I received no communication from Clark. Instead, a technician entered my property, without authorization, at 3:18 PM while no one was home and fogged Fendona CS (alpha-cypermethrin) across my yard — a chemical application I had explicitly declined in writing. We manage our property organically and regeneratively. We grow food for our family. My herb garden sits against the perimeter of the house. My kids' trampoline is feet away. I homeschool, and we use our yard to study pollinators. I called Clark the same day to immediately escalate this gross oversight. What followed: — No written statement was taken from the technician for TWELVE days. — Clark proposed third-party residue testing, then confirmed the lab could not test for the full formulation of Fendona CS. — Clark's own Director of Technical and Quality Assurance acknowledged in writing that if testing couldn't give my family certainty, they would need to find other ways to make it right. That was more than 4 months ago. My family has not been able to use our backyard since May. We have lost an entire growing season. I have called and emailed Clark and their claims administrator repeatedly and have gone weeks at a time with no response at all. If you use Clark, read your service agreement closely and understand that what is written in your file may not be what happens at your home!!
