  I try to not write poor reviews, but had to visit the facility 4 times and have 5 calls with customer service to gain access to my unit. Proper information was never provided via email or phone call. Asked for a phone call from the owner or manager, but never received. I think providing your customers with literally the bare minimum (access to unit) isn't too much to ask for.

  I stored my items between moving and buying a house. I only needed storage for 6wks. Manager allowed me to only pay for 1.5 months (and not two months) because I gave ample notice of not needed two full months. Glad I was able to save some money, as Napa storage is quite expensive. All storages in Napa are.

  We rented a 10x30' storage unit from Feb 2016 to Feb 2017. We had a small leak in 2016, and then starting in Jan 2017 multiple leaks in our unit. We told them immediately in the first week of January and when we had moved out on Feb 22, they had still not fixed the problem. We had to put plastic over our items and put buckets to catch the water. They continually had excuses as to why they didn't fix it, rain and shine! I would stay away from this storage unit, unless you want your belongings ruined.
