I can’t say enough good things about Brigit! She truly helped me out when I was in a bind. I originally rented a smaller storage unit, only to realize it wasn’t going to fit everything I had. Brigit was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and she quickly helped me move into a larger unit that better suited my needs.
She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, but she was also genuinely caring. She even brought us extra cups of water while we were unloading in the hot sun which was especially appreciated since I’m from Seattle and definitely not used to the California heat anymore!
The customer service we received was outstanding from start to finish. We were treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. I highly recommend reserving a storage unit here. Thank you so much, Brigit, for all your help and for making a stressful day so much easier!
