  Terrible customer service. Our storage lock became defective and the staff refused to break our lock during office hours! Staff refused to reimburse us for the cost of hiring a locksmith. Do not do business with this company! We pay an exorbitant amount of rent every month and the staff refused to help us in any way.

  Silverhawk storage is a great facility. The representative in front Rebecca is great. She is friendly and gives you a tour on a golf cart to see the storage (nice she doesn’t make you walk) They have waters and snacks for the customers Storage is nice a clean Safety they have 24 person in house in case emergency which is great. Definitely recommend

  We had a great experience at Silverhawk Self Storage! Rebecca was incredibly helpful and took the time to provide us with all the information we needed to choose the right storage unit. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and professional, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend Silverhawk Self Storage and truly appreciate the excellent customer service!

  I was able to get a storage unit last minute. Friendly staff and quick service.
