The best storage units and customer service around!!
I was having an extremely tough day, and ended up breaking down and losing my keys.
Sandra, who was working at the time of my plight, was SO incredibly kind and helpful.
Not only did she do her job to help me with my storage unit issues/questions, she went out of her way to make me feel safe and comfortable while my keys were missing.
Sandra made a bad experience turn back around to a good experience, and she did it so fast and effortlessly!
She’s also very knowledgeable when it comes to her job/position, and amazing when it comes to handling the general public.
I’m a few days late writing this review, but I couldn’t let Sandra go unnoticed!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Finding well maintained, safe storage can be daunting …I’ve moved many times and have used several companies. I’ve been renting at Extra Space Storage on Winchester Road approximately 8 years, it is well maintained, good security & staff is polite, friendly & great customer service. I would especially like to give a special shout out to Sandra there who is sensitive to what I needed & has helped me find the perfect units for my “stuff”…while answering all my questions. The worst experience I’ve ever had with these two locations in Temecula they high jump the price after a premonition and they they do it twice in one year without notice and there rates so ridiculously high compared to other $107 for 5x5 the smallest space I rented the same space for $ 35 plus one month free so no thank you cannot make it right I tried you twice not anymore
