    Another Lowes Failure. I arrived at the Pro-Desk, list ready in hand. The two specialists were busy with other customers, two other employees were busy at a computer. I waited, finally someone was available. The specialist was impatient and assumed an attitude of superiority, I felt like I was intruding on his time. When it came to time pay he insisted that I sign up for a Lowes credit card. I explained that I had a card already, but didn't want to use it. He pushed on with his demand, "Why not get another card?" I said I didn't want the card I have. He became more insistent, I couldn't understand what was wrong with him. I told him I was no longer interested in the purchase and left. I made the purchase at their main competitor, for the same prices. They treated me with courtesy.

    Great people, dysfunctional business. I recently bought a security door from the Moreno Valley Lowe’s. All of the people that I interacted with in the store, on the phone, and the installer were all great. However, the business is dysfunctional. I will not be buying anything from them in the future that I can’t walk out the door with. After selecting a door that would work for my house, I paid for the door and the installation. The installer arrived with the door on the day of the first attempt and quickly realized that a crucial parts box was missing from the door package. He called the store to let them know and gave up after 30 min on hold because he had to do his next job. He left the door at my house (fail 1). The store called me and told me they found the parts so we set up a second attempt for 3 days later. After waiting around for a few hours, I got a call from Lowe’s letting me know that there would be no installation that day because the installer showed up at the store, waited around for 30 minutes for them to find the missing parts box, and then left when they couldn’t find it (fail 2). We scheduled a third attempt 8 days after the first. After waiting around a couple of hours, I got a call on that day letting me know that there would be no install because when the installer looked at the parts box at the store, he said they were the wrong parts (fail 3). After a few phone calls with Lowe’s, where I talked to a different random person each time, one of them got the store manager on the line and he said they would try to get the parts from another store, but that didn’t happen. On a later call, they said they ordered the parts from the manufacturer and that it would take 12 days (!) for them to get the parts to the Lowe’s store. Today was the fourth install attempt and I’m happy to say that it was successful. The installer was a real pro and did a great job and I’m very happy with the product. I’m not at all happy that it took over 6 weeks after the first failed install attempt. The people I interacted with were all friendly, professional, and earnestly tried to help get the situation resolved, but the organization as a whole really failed, so I won’t trust them again.

    I would give a zero if possible, most employees are very rude and disrespectful, absolutely will never shop here again

    Get your Levelor rep. in to do a PK on their cutdown machine. No one in the store could cut made my cell shade. Maybe add staff to the store so I don't have to search for an assoc. to help me.

    As always... Hard to find help there! 1 guy was restocking, hey can you help me out. Nah I'm sorry I'm clocked out just restocking, another one, "not sure if I can" finally found another one but he was on it, hustling, I even felt bad to bother him compared to the two other turtles. If it wasn't because I had already purchased a previous floor from there and I wanted it to match, otherwise Home Depot for sure.
