I normally don't take the time to do this but I hope nobody has to go through what my grandma and I are, EVER.
Our first issue was ordering a vanity cabinet ($400) for my restroom from Lowe's. It was out of stock in store so we were told it'd be shipped and delivered next day from their warehouse. Next day came, nothing was delivered. I called the next day and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes only to be hung up on without being helped. I called back and the associate advised that the expected delivery date was totally wrong. She said the vanity was also out of stock in the warehouse, so it had to be ordered directly from the manufacture, changing the delivery date from 08/07 to 08/18. Then she got back on the line and said that even that date was wrong so to call back at a later time for an accurate delivery date. Instead of calling, I went back to the store and asked about this and was advised that the 08/18 date was in fact correct. The associate that helped me with that then helped me with purchasing a new fridge. That's where my second world of issues started.
The fridge ($2K GE) was set to deliver two days after purchase. Well the delivery team (Miguel & Frankie) showed up to my home, took the fridge out the truck and put it in my garage and out of the packaging. However, when they came into my home to see the old fridge, they advised they wouldn't be taking out the old fridge and installing the new one because it was connected to a water line (which was always shut off, we never used the water or ice dispenser.) They advised that it is a liability. They also advised that the old fridge would have to be taken apart and hauled away, another service they could not do. So they left my new fridge in the garage and didn't bother to even touch the old one. They said I'd have to call a plumber to come and shut off the water valve (which was already off) and have them disconnect the water line to the old fridge because "the copper in the connections are sensitive". Then they advised after a plumber came out that I can call Lowe's and they would send ANOTHER team to come and complete the haul away and installation to the new fridge. Well in 10 seconds I disconnected it but by then they'd already left. So I called Lowe's and they said the best they can do was send another team the next day BETWEEN 7PM-10PM! ( I have the text to prove it) So consequently most of my food has perished, and whatever is still good is sitting in ICE BINS! There is no white glove delivery service, there isn't even black glove delivery service. This entire experience has been absolutely horrendous.
I WILL NEVER SPEND A PENNY AT A LOWES AGAIN!

I do not like leaving bad reviews, but this lowes earned it. Me and my wife purchased a samsung washer and dryer and we paid for delivery and Installation for both. During the delivery they only showed up with the washer, we asked where our dryer was and thats when the headache began. They made an error and put down we purchased in store and took it home.weird but ok whatever. When I asked when it would be delivered, they told me because of the mistake they have to refund me the dryer and resell it to me. On what planet does that make sense? After canceling my entire order out of frustration, they only refunded me for the dryer. So im missing $1136. After being bounced around costumer support, they said they would have to wait to refund me when they received the item back at their warehouse. I had the issue escalated and finally got $900 back. I had to fight to get my remaining $136 we paid for warranty. They made their mistake my problem, and we will never step into a lowes again.
