  I am so glad I went into this store. Ib tried to do it on my own with AI. James, Jane, and Khanh have all been extremely helpful. No pressure to buy things you don't need.

  I stopped by this morning and spent about $170 on pool supplies. I had a few questions because I recently let my pool service go and I’m taking care of the pool myself. I told the employee helping me, “I’m new to this. Can you explain what each product does and why I need it?” After a few questions, her response was, “I wrote it on the back.” Seriously? There was an older gentleman in the back who noticed what was happening, which was appreciated. What made the experience even more disappointing was that last week another employee took the time to explain everything. I left feeling confident instead of confused. Thankfully, I bought a water tester about a month ago. I finally used it today, and the readings matched what I expected. From now on, I’ll test my own water, order the chemicals from Amazon, and ask AI when I have questions. For better or worse. 😂 When we first bought our home, I went to the same store and a gentleman named Peter helped me. I think he’s still there. He’s been there forever, knows his stuff, and always took the time to explain things. It’s a shame that level of patience and customer service wasn’t passed along. 2 visits 1 week apart. 1. Made me want to come back and the other makes me say I’ll never be back.

  Leslies - do your self a favor and get Khan some people soft skills training. He is extremely rude, argumentative and condescending. He yelled and scolded me in front of my wife basically making me feel like an incompetent pool owner. He tested my water reluctantly and then proceeded to lecture me like I was a child. I went in with intentions to spend money and he told not to waste my time buying any products and that because my cya acid was so high my entire pool should be drained. On the other hand your store near the Riverside Plaza has excellent customer service. That is my go to location and will never go back to Moreno Valley. Maybe put him with a Manager that has great reviews and excellent customer service scores so he gets an idea of what right looks like. by the way. I have spent a lot of money with your company. Just coach Khan on how to treat people. Extremely poor representation of your company
