  Leslies - do your self a favor and get Khan some people soft skills training. He is extremely rude, argumentative and condescending. He yelled and scolded me in front of my wife basically making me feel like an incompetent pool owner. He tested my water reluctantly and then proceeded to lecture me like I was a child. I went in with intentions to spend money and he told not to waste my time buying any products and that because my cya acid was so high my entire pool should be drained. On the other hand your store near the Riverside Plaza has excellent customer service. That is my go to location and will never go back to Moreno Valley. Maybe put him with a Manager that has great reviews and excellent customer service scores so he gets an idea of what right looks like. by the way. I have spent a lot of money with your company. Just coach Khan on how to treat people. Extremely poor representation of your company

  Went to this store about a week ago looking for some pool plumbing as my local store didn’t have what we needed. Spoke with Khan and showed him what I was looking for and the equipment I had just ordered. I had ordered a pool pump and filter from Amazon recommended by our previous pool maintenance guy. Khan told us our set up wouldn’t work as the filter was extremely undersized (it was indeed a lot smaller than the old equipment we had and the pump was a lot bigger). We are new pool owners and Khan told us the best way to determine what equipment we needed was based off of our plumbing. We returned a week later with the proper information and plenty of pictures and he dedicated plenty of time to show us options and give us pros and cons of each set up of filter and pump that would work for us. He also helped explain to us how to begin proper maintenance and what we would be needing to do to keep our pool healthy as new pool owners servicing it ourselves. Khan’s exceptional attention to detail, knowledge and customer service will have us traveling the extra 20 minutes for his help with any of our future pool needs! Thank you Khan for taking the time to explain everything and making us feel comfortable and more confident in servicing our pool ourselves with all of your great help and knowledge!!!

  Zero help. Salesman ABSOLUTELY has No personality, sympathy, empathy, knowledge or insight. Turns out my 111 cya was not caused by my 2 month into rental. According to this dude in Moreno Valley....he accused me of destroying the eco of pool....I Asked what were previous readings, March it was 11, June 62, and October 111. I just moved in 6 weeks earlier... not my doing...then he had the audacity to call the owner of my house to report the level of cya, telling him he should have a service. That was unacceptable. He was no help, except drain entire pool and scrub walls, rinse and repeat and start over. 38000 gallons. NO THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE. Update 4/12/25 to pool. I added water all winter, stopped using chlorine powders and pucks. Switched to complete liquid chlorine. Went to have water tested in February. CYA was 89. Under 100 is normal. 50 is best. So I'll keep working on it. Don't believe everything you hear. Never drain completely! Just add water until you can't. Then add more as needed.
