- ABashley boguett1 day ago1.0It takes them a minimum of one month to deliver furniture. According to Angela, I placed an order for a kitchen table two weeks ago, and she said they couldn’t deliver it until Monday as they deliver on Fridays but two Fridays ago she said I would get it the following Friday, Friday passed no update, and because it still needed to be assembled and apparently they only have one person available to build furniture they can't do it untill monday. I experienced the same issue with the couches I JUST purchased from them. It took a month for them to deliver, and on the actual delivery day, they discovered the couch was damaged beyond repair and had to arrange for another one to be delivered.What I don’t understand is how they supposedly assemble furniture before delivery, yet the damage to my couch wasn’t discovered until it arrived at my home. That makes me question their quality control and overall process.On top of that, they source furniture from other retailers, such as Ashley Furniture and Living Spaces. At that point, why deal with the extra delays, inconvenience, and middleman when I can purchase directly from those retailers myself?The couches will be my one and only purchase from them. I would rather avoid the unnecessary headaches, extended delivery times, and lack of quality control and go directly to the original retailer moving forward.

Well that didn't happen and the store wasn't willing to do anything for this inconvenience. I had to keep calling to get the status on the sofa sleeper. This is terrible, I would give no starts at all!!! I was an Aarons customer years ago when I lived in Upland and the store in Ontario never did this to me....

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
