  I had a great experience at Elegant Gardens Nursery in Moorpark. Kaitlyn helped me pick out these beautiful, colorful flower six-packs for my garden, and was very friendly and patient while helping me decide which ones would look best together. The plants were healthy, vibrant, and reasonably priced. I can't wait to get them planted. The team also helped carry everything out to my car and asked whether I needed plastic to protect the trunk from the dirt since I didn't have a truck. I would definitely recommend Elegant Gardens Nursery to anyone looking for a local plant nursery or garden center in Moorpark, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, or the Ventura County area. If you prefer supporting local businesses and appreciate a great selection and welcoming atmosphere, you should check it out. I know I'll definitely be back!

  Freddy was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and the selection was excellent. Highly recommend!

  Great visit! This was the first time at this nursery. Everyone was helpful. I was asking a lot of questions. Aaron helped me determine which plants would go on one of our small hills. Angel, Christian, and Ashlynn were friendly, and went beyond their ‘jobs’ - they investigated certain plants, ways to care for them, and Christian, offered to load my plants into the back of the SUV! They have a good selection of plants, vines, trees, milkweed, (Ashlynn runs the store and knew about the milkweed!) and offer mulch, bark, rock choices too. Will definitely go there again!

  Beautiful plant nursery. There is a large variety of plants in all sizes. I bought some six pack strawberry and flowers for $8. The big box stores wait til the plants are a little bigger and sell them for $5 each. There is help to answer questions, etc. A few years ago we purchased larger plants and had them plant them in our yard. Did good work and all the shrubs survived.
