  I wanted to share concern regarding a recent interaction on May 6, 2026 involving an employee named Gilbert. From what I understand, a special needs child was calmly playing with feathers for sensory comfort while staying off to the side and not bothering anyone. I completely understand that employees may need to address situations or protect merchandise, however the interaction was handled in a way that came across unnecessarily harsh and unkind toward both the child and his parents. There is always a respectful and compassionate way to communicate with families, especially when children with special needs are involved. I hope this situation can be addressed internally so future interactions are approached with more patience, professionalism, and understanding. No family should leave feeling uncomfortable over a child simply finding joy and sensory comfort in your store. Thank you.

  I came here because of an instagram post highlighting the wedding decor this place has. Don’t believe the hype. The shelves are half empty. I felt like I was digging through leftovers for basic things like tea lights and candle holders.

  Too many cool things to choose from just don't have the pocke et s deep enough to go HAM like a kid again. Prices are incredibly low on specialty items that just sparked new ideas for future projects. Sometimes I come here just to walk around to find inspiration and then it's off to the races!!!!
