  I can't say enough good things about Step Aside Pest Management! From start to finish, they were an absolute game changer for my home. I was dealing with a relentless ant invasion that seemed to take over my kitchen and bathrooms overnight. I called their office, and the Jerry was incredibly friendly and responsive. He scheduled a same-day appointment, which was a lifesaver since those ants were driving me nuts. Jerry who not only is the owner, but my technician as well, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving my problem. He took the time to explain their integrated pest management approach, which I loved because it's eco-friendly and safe for my pets (and kids if you have them) After just one treatment, the ants were eviscerated! Jerry even gave me tips on preventing future issues and checked in a week later to make sure everything was still pest-free. The service was thorough, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Plus, their prices were reasonable for the top-notch quality and peace of mind I got. I did some digging and found that Step Aside has been serving the Modesto and San Joaquin valley for over 30 years and is still family owned and operated after all this time and it shows in their expertise and customer service. I will be using them for the foreseeable future. Thank you!!!

  Very professional and friendly...Jerry goes above and beyond and Melissa in the office is very sweet...I highly recommend Step Aside.

  Excellent customer service, professional techs. Always arrive on time. I am pleased with the service, if I have any problems I call and they are quick to come out and address it! Definitely recommend!
